virtue leadership

We invited Dr. Bernardo M. Villegas - a renowned economist, professor, and co-founder of the University of the Asia Pacific, as the keynote speaker of the 3-month Self-Leadership program graduation ceremony at Amber Drive University Center in Ortigas. It was participated by 10 outstanding students of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P).

Dr. Villegas highlighted the topic of the value of virtues as a means of becoming an influential and effective leader, developing a strong relationships, and creating a culture of excellence. Through his interactive and inspiring talk, Dr. Villegas empowered the audience to be their best selves and to lead with integrity.

Our recent projects with Amber Drive University Center and Dr. James Lactao have focused on guiding the freshmen students of the EM Program of the University of Asia and the Pacific with the right skills and good habits to achieve their academic goals.

Self-leadership is the process of discovering and developing your inner potential to become the best leader you can be. Through self-discovery, you can learn how to better understand yourself, cultivate self-awareness, and develop the skills you need to lead yourself and others in a meaningful and effective way. By taking the time to explore and reflect on your values, goals, and strengths, you can create a roadmap to success.

Participated by 30 Management students of the University of Asia and the Pacific, we actualized these concepts through an insightful discussion and reflection.
