Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy To ensure the effectiveness and professionalism of our coaching partnership, please observe the following guidelines: 1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be considered a Late cancellation and may be subject to a 50% session fee. 2. No-shows (missed sessions without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the session fee. 3. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Frequent rescheduling may impact continuity and goal progression. 4. Exceptions may be granted for emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the coach’s discretion. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy. Thank you for your commitment to a respectful and productive coaching relationship.
